The company Tample Ltd (hereinafter referred to by its trading name "Tample", or by the terms "the Company" or "We") is committed to protecting your privacy through a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture. This policy details our non-collection practices and the strict limitations of our access to your information on the tample.app website and the Tample application. This policy is officially drafted and legally binding in the English language only. Any translations provided on the tample.app website or within the Tample application are for convenience and user comfort purposes only, and hold no legal value. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
1. CONCEPTION
Tample is designed to function without a digital identity. Our architecture ensures that even under legal compulsion, we possess no readable data to provide regarding your communications.
- Registration: Only a pseudonym and a password are required.
- Total Anonymity: We do not collect names, phone numbers, or email addresses.
- No Tracking: We use no advertising trackers or intrusive third-party analysis tools.
2. ZERO-KNOWLEDGE ARCHITECTURE
CRITICAL NOTICE: We do not store your password in a recoverable format. Your decryption keys are generated on your device and never reach our servers.
- No Recovery: There is no "forgot password" feature.
- Permanent Loss: If you lose your credentials, access to your data and your Tample Credits (TC) is lost permanently.
3. DATA PROCESSING
- Messages & Exchanges: All content is end-to-end encrypted (E2EE). We do not possess the decryption keys.
- Ephemerality: Messages are programmed to self-destruct according to app settings. Once deleted, they are unrecoverable.
- Transactions: To ensure marketplace integrity, only transaction data (amounts, timestamps) are processed.
4. HOSTING AND SECURITY
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). The app's technical infrastructure relies on secure cloud solutions in Virginia, USA. Even if data is hosted on third-party servers, it remains technically unreadable for the host and for Tample Ltd.
5. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR & INT. RIGHTS)
Since we do not collect any personal data (email, persistent IP, name), exercising your rights of access or deletion is linked to the possession of your credentials. You can delete your account and data directly from the settings.
