These Terms of Service are entered into between you (hereinafter the "User" or "You") and Tample Ltd (hereinafter referred to by its trade name "Tample", or by the terms "the Company" or "We").
This policy is officially drafted and legally binding in the English language only. Any translations provided on the tample.app website or within the Tample application are for convenience and user comfort purposes only, and hold no legal value. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Tample provides a secure ephemeral messaging ecosystem and a marketplace based on a digital credit system called "Tample Credits" (TC). Our services are provided "AS IS", without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Tample is based on a Zero-Knowledge architecture.

• Credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your pseudonym and password.
• No Recovery: We have no access to your decryption keys. In case of loss of your credentials, access to your account, messages, and credits (TC) is permanently lost. No claims will be accepted in case of negligence in managing your access.

TC are internal accounting units within the Tample ecosystem (10 TC = 1 USD).

• Nature of TC: TC do not constitute legal tender, a bank deposit, or a financial investment. They are limited and revocable usage rights.
• Withdrawals: Tample Ltd reserves the unilateral right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request in case of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
• Risks: We cannot be held responsible for the loss of TC resulting from third-party technical failures or exchange variations.

Any use of Tample for illegal purposes, to disseminate malicious content, or to attempt to undermine the integrity of our servers is strictly prohibited. Tample Ltd reserves the right to close any contravening account without notice and without refund of committed credits. Tample has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities. Due to end-to-end encryption, the platform relies on user reports to suspend offending accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform.
• Tample Ltd cannot be held liable for loss of profits, data, or indirect damages.
• Our total liability, for any cause whatsoever, will be limited to the amount of unused TC on your account, with a maximum cap of one hundred US dollars ($100).

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to the use of our services will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
